Great location, close to all attractions but far enough away to get away from it all. Right on the beach, great pool and hot tub. Only two negatives was for room 1703, the beds was hard and needs replacing, the hot water in the shower takes awhile to get hot and then it isn’t lasting, showers had to be quick. Overall, it was a great stay.

This is our 2nd vacation to PCB. We have stayed both times at the Boardwalk Resort. Great stay, clean rooms, oceanfront view, and the people that work there are super nice.

Beautiful on-the-beach location with gorgeous views. The property was well maintained, clean and offered several amenities on-site (Tiki bar, grill/food/ice cream, store with beach items). Beach loungers with umbrellas were available to rent, as well as jet skies and banana boat rides. The heated pool was large and the hot tubs were hot! They had security on site maintaining a family friendly atmosphere. The elevators were fast, our condo was roomy, comfortable and fully stocked.

Very positive experience in general. Available parking and garage so you have choice. Room was nice. But with a little slow bathroom sink and shower drainage. Still everything were working nice. We reported issue with sink and it was addressed the same day. Also bed in master bedroom was not attached properly to bed head so was alway bumping wall. We put towel to prevent. But bed itself was comfortable. All personal so nice, polite and helpful. We will consider staying here again

Sand in the bed. Run down looking inside. Wanted to stay 2 nights. I booked 23 and 24 and they had me staying one night and out the next. 16 hour stay for 800.00. I feel I got ripped off. And they would refund me 400.00 if I cancelled.

This was are second time staying at this place. Are stay was good the only complaint we have is the owner of the condo needs to upgrade the bed. The bed in the particular condo is really uncomfortable. Ot felt like you was gonna roll off the bed. And im guessing that they have stopped letting people smoke of the balcony which we asked several times before booking and was told nothing had changed. This isn't a big issue either.

The property was nice but the workers where very strict. It was not easy to check in and talk to a worker. I was locked out my room for almost two hours. When i checked out my room i left my bouquet of flower and they were so rude about even giving them to me.

The property is just okay, but the view was very nice looking at the water. It was not worth what paid for it. The property management team is also not very responsive. There was blood on the pillows and the carpet. The light bulbs were out outside and they never came to fix it as promised. The batteries went out in the smoke detectors and was also not fixed. It only slept 8, not 10 like advertised.

Good overall

The condo overall was good. We only had a couple of issues. The dryer did not work very well. Even after 5 or 6 dry cycles we could never get a load of towels dry. The pool staff was overbearing. One member would constantly tell us how much time we had left to swim. 30 mins, 10 mins, 4 mins, etc. one of my kids had brought puddy to the pool without my knowledge and I saw this same staff member conversing with them on the other side of the pool deck. She said she had to confirm it was not feces even though they told her it was just puddy and threw it away. I advised her to speak to me directly if they did anything else wrong. The facility was clean overall and I would recommend to others. I am waiting for response to the price guarantee that is advertised because I found this same room on another website cheaper.

This was a great condo that was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had all items we needed. The beach was beautiful! LOVED the bar option that had drinks and food at the pool area. The drinks were yummy and so was the food! This condo is also within walking distance to Pineapple Willy's. I would have loved to have seen a beach attendant renting the beach chairs/umbrellas daily. They were only there one day of our stay. Otherwise this was a great condo option and we will stay there again.
