They are welcoming, friendly, and very hospitable. You feel as if you've known them for years! They are very interesting too -I feel enriched by getting to know them, even if it was for a brief stay. The only issue I had was that the contact information I received from Expedia was incorrect and I couldn't communicate until I went to the apartment in person. They seem to have had the same problem with my cellphone number as well...."
