"The property belongs to a person who will not respect your booking commitments... the bookings here are canceled and property given to people who end up paying higher. We ended up calling the police and decided not to stay there eventually. Peoplr who were staying there were complaining about cleanliness, hygiene etc. There's a better property available AT the tikkar taal. Stay there."
