"The Hotel charged me an additional 5 M Ringit per night saying the it was additional state taxes I felt this was UNETHICAL since the rates include ALL LOCAL TAXES other the authorised Taxes By right I should be refunded the total amount of 10 M Ringitt charged Except for the Front Office Manager ..."

"Staff are friendly and helpful. Hope the breakfast could have more options for vegan s. Some places in the room, like coffee mugs and bathtub are not thoroughly cleaned. But it was a joyful stay overall."
