"Everything was great with this house. Very convenient to Tech (being in Tech Terrace) and a great neighborhood to walk around in. I contacted the host right when we arrived as we wanted to cool down the house, and she responded immediately. The inside door handle was broken which she apologized for, and I was able to make it work. But such an adorable place and I'd definitely return!"

"We came down for breakfast about 8:45 and there was no eggs, burnt biscuits, and no more waffle batter. A guest asked for more batter and staff just walked by. We didn’t get to have breakfast due to everything being out or burnt. And staff not replenishing anything. Our room had a fan and light that didn’t work."

"I didn’t like the bathroom because the toilet wasn’t well maintenance. It was hard to use the restroom. I didn’t like that there wasn’t enough lights to turn on once it got dark in the hotel room I couldn’t turn all the lights on. Lastly, I definitely didn’t like that there were bugs in my hotel room, such as spiders. This hotel wasn’t a great experience."

"We changed to a downstairs room and they gave us a room that was occupied and we walked in on a family in their bed. There was no reserved parking for people staying at the motel so everyone from the restaurant took up parking. I don’t expect rooms to be spotless, it’s not a pricey hotel but it definitely didn’t feel clean. My husband was hung up on several times while we were standing outside of the room we thought was ours. Thankfully a manager from a separate property called to fix the issue, but I was told to contact Expedia for a possible partial refund and I can’t get ahold of anyone. I hate having a bad review, but I almost wish we would have just stayed at a cheaper place. It would have been the same quality with less drama."

"I was in Lubbock with 2 family members in the hospital at the same time. Virginia and her staff accommodated us and make sure that we had the time that we needed even though there was really nothing available due to a concert in town. The cleanliness of this place is top-notch and the staff are always ready and available to help. I would absolutely recommend this place and I will definitely be back."

"Great service, nicely remodeled rooms and a nice, simple breakfast. Only drawback was the room was a bit dirty. I did ask them to come up and sanitize the toilet, as it was obviously used. Also the floor was pretty dirty. The beds were comfortable and the room was a value as all the other rooms in the area were averaging $200 a night."
