"My only complaint: The toilet was child size. I have never seen one that close to the floor. Might have to request an ADA room next time so there are at least grab bars for my wife to get up from the commode."
"had to go to the convenience store to check in. They gave me the room that was the farthest away from anything. Couldn't get WiFi and when i called on the phone to ask she hung up on me ??? Its just an awkward place and feels creepy to me."
"Very cool mid century modern art style hotel with lots of great outdoor space. Very quiet and comfortable room. A nice touch at check in was a very good wine pour greeting.
We are looking forward to returning in the Fall."
"This was not a good experience from
The start. Booked through Hotel.com then quickly realized the wedding party was staying at a different hotel a few doors down. Immediately tried to cancel but because it was within 7 days of the stay they were going to charge me 50% of the first night stay, so chose to keep the reservation. Tried calling multiple times to see if we could check in at 3 instead of 4 ( seems like a very late check in time) because the wedding was at 5 and 20 minutes away…all calls went to voicemail so we had to dress for the wedding somewhere else. When we finally got to the hotel, the code they gave us didn’t work but thankfully the bar was still open and they gave us a key (but you still needed the code🤔). We left for a bit but when we returned the bar was closed and we still struggled with the code to enter the building. Finally got it to work (there’s a secret to it apparently). The room was nice but the sheets were very stiff and the towels very rough…We won’t stay there again."
"The location was convenient for a visit to Whitman College. I was keeping my budget low and this was a good fit. You get what you pay for: room was worn and did not smell fresh. Stained bedding and carpet. There was a loud party next to us one night. Breakfast wasn't very appealing. Next time I visit WW I will stay somewhere else."
