"The property is very conveniently located, staff is friendly and the property has recently updated their dining area. The rooms however are musty and poor air quality. There is a lot of humidity in the rooms. "
"We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families."

The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund .
