"The check lady that checked us in at midnight was fine, but she had to call us back down to the lobby at 1am as she said we should have paid.
We had a knock at the door at 6:30 AM from cleaning staff who upon opening the door asked pointing if the room opposite was our room!
We said no, this is our room. They replied who has that room? We simply shrugged and said we didn’t know. On our way out enjoy Houston at 8:30 AM we were stopped by the front desk and a different person was insisting...
