"This was our first time in Lanzarote and of course this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room lovely (junior suite) and always well tended to by those lovely house keepers. The pools looked good, we didn't use them (we're not pool people). So, we had a great holiday."

"We spent four nights at the Princesa Yaiza and really enjoyed it. The hotel is a bit old-style, but it’s very well maintained with gorgeous tropical gardens. The salty pool is the best, and the hotel sits right in front of a great sandy beach, which is perfect for swimming and walks. "Rooms were spotless and loved having direct access to a small private pool along with complimentary drinks a snacks. Staff were really friendly and hotel had a lovely chilled vibe. Short walk to the beach, shops and bars. Food in the hotel was ok - breakfast was great, evening mean - not too much choice. Overall, an excellent days away and would definitely return."

"We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status. It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. Great to avoid the Buffett, although very good. Plus, there is A Priviledge room with snacks and liquor. Plus, outdoor seating area near the pool. Very worth it. "Perfect location, not far from airport and a taxi ride away to Puerto Del Carmen (about 12 Euros). room with ocean view, clean and modern. Upgraded to Preferred Club would highly recommend. "Very well located, near Corralejo port, in a bidy aera with shops and restaurant. Spacious apartment, nice balcony. Friendly staff. Pool is nice although quite a bit small. TV are a bit outdated, no smart TV. Overall would recommend."
