"Very dependable staff. Driver showed up at 2am as promised to take me to the airport."

"Well located. Super family that runs the place. Very interested in helping with meals, plans or restaurants. 1/3 the cost of Holiday Inn and safe. If you come after dark, let them know when you’re arriving and they’ll look for you. Great place, will stay there again."

"We didn’t arrive until late due to flight delays, but what we saw was beautiful. It feels like a little oasis among our travels. The staff was very welcoming, the restaurant is large but has a very cozy feel to it, and the shuttle service was phenomenal dealing with our crazy times in/out. Wish we had more time there than just a layover to explore the surrounding area. When we make it back to Quito we will be staying for a much longer time."

"Everything done so well, from communication regarding transportation from the aiport to the hotel to the delicious fresh breakfast. The room was well appointed and clean and the bed comfortable. TV had YouTube and was easy to use. Bathroomhad wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of hot water and great pressure. Check-in was easy and friendly. "The hotel was lovely! The grounds are beautiful, with fruit trees and flowers. There is a nice area around the hot tub to sit and relax and two swings if you have children. "The property itself is not bad, I booked a room for two of my clients, it is a good place, the lady owner was respectful and courteous. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about her husband, and this completely ruined our experience. I've traveled the beautiful Ecuador, I have rarely encountered such an arrogant and disrespectful attitude from someone working in hospitality. "This property is in a terrible, unsafe neighborhood ! Not sure how they can call this a “wildlife or wilderness reserve “. That is false advertising. Could not sleep at night with all the dogs barking and planes coming and landing overhead. The rooms had bugs crawling on the floor and doorknobs fell off when used them. We were to stay there for 3 nights a but checked out after 1 night. They did make a good pizza…!"

"we needed something for the night close to the airport, we had stayed before at the Hostal Mariscal Sugre.. and found the beds. They’re horrible… so we thought we would try somewhere close and cheap…. The beds were better, the breakfast was not too bad., we had to walk a little bit to get dinner.. but it was a Shawarma place and it was actually very good… staff was pretty good but there’s a highway just behind the hotel so you will get over some light highway sound.
