"We stayed for one night in Oct. 2026. We had a junior suite with a private plunge pool and lots of space. We had our meals there too, which were surprisingly delicious. French and American food choices were available. Since the property was located on a high cliff the views were beautiful. My only criticism is that all the outside decking and walking spaces were painted white, and there were several spots where there were one or two steps, which made it very difficult to distinguish. As travelers in our 70's, were were very careful! ."

"Reva picked us up at 2:00 am. She was incredibly kind and informative. In addition, she dropped and picked us from the town center. Breakfast was provided on the patio outside our room. We will be using this hotel again soon. We were also able to store a suitcase at her place. Her place is close to the airport. However quite far from anything else."

"The staff were helpful and the attached restaurant has a great breakfast (not included and a little pricey but excellent). Great that they have parking on site. Rooms have a small balcony overlooking the hills. Beds were comfortable and the shower is huge. You can also shower and refresh on arrival even if your room isn't ready in the locker room by the pool and then store your luggage. Very warm in the main parts of the hotel and the lighting is too low for my tastes, including in the bathroom. And be ready to hear roosters crowing at 3 AM. Overall a decent stay."

"We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future because Valerie and her husband were extremely understanding due to our delay and the loss of our luggage requiring us to file a lost baggage claim before going to Maison Taina that night!!!!!"

"We were looking for a place to stay 2 nights before our cruise that wasn't overpriced. This was perfect. Convenient for market and restaurants. It is also walking distance to the cruise ship dock."

"Overall, it was a nice place for our one night stay. Room was nice and cold, but the common areas were hot and muggy which wasn’t ideal to hang around in all day waiting for a flight. The only other area to nitpick was the bathroom in the rooms: small space and door makes maneuvering a hassle. However, close to restaurants, airport and the market."

"Very nice place, very kind of them to let late night travelers use the lounge space. But the architects who forgot to put fans in the bathrooms were stupid! Hot and humid in the restrooms and the poor cleaners have to go back multiple times each day. But a lovely hotel, great folks working there!"
