CONS: Bike rental reasonable but was not smooth process to exit hotel, bikes only one size and had a smaller adult who just about found a lone bike small enough then bike bits could be better maintained - one couldn't unlock and other seat loose. "We love our stay here at Hyatt Amsterdam. Great staff, clean facilities, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast starting at 6am. The airport shuttle leaves every 30 minutes so very convenient. We used Schipol airport as jumping point for all our tours. We decided to extend our stay to explore more of Amsterdam and neighboring cities. This hotel was a pleasant home base. ☺️"

However, there was a small issue with breakfast where me and my partner only wanted it for one day out of the 3 nights we were staying. When we went to check out, we were told there was an outstanding balance for the breakfast (we had already paid) So I'm not sure what happened there. Overall, a lovely hotel and near by the train station and buses which was very convenient."
