Wonderful hotel, with great views & lovely surroundings. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds, bedding & plenty of soft towels & designer toiletries. Different pools to suit everyone. Delicious restaurants on site & a very varied choice at Buffet breakfast. Excellent, friendly & helpful staff from greeting on arrival, right through reception, restaurants, bars & housekeeping staff all the way to guest relations & hotel general manager nothing but praise for all staff who helped make us feel very relaxed & at home. The hotel and its staff are fantastic and I had an amazing stay. Had an ocean view room. Very nice The property was beautiful and the pool areas just wonderful. Staff so friendly from the bell hop to the front desk to the bartenders. We loved our stay and would love to come back. Only improvement might be on the bed and pillows. Not super comfortable. The shower was AMAZING!

I had the most basic room which was great at it was clean and had everything we needed (no balcony but just meant we spent more time outside). Staff in particular Thanos were great. Would be good if he could have more help by the spa during busy times. The lifeguards looked like children themselves so it was good that I can swim! Stunning hotel with friendly staff! I absolutely love this hotel. I’ve been here loads of times and the staff are amazing. Really friendly and professional. The spa is brilliant (checkout the massage, it will fix all those pains), and after a week I went home a new person.

staff food and service were excellent. gym equipment needs upgrading plus some attention to detail required to guest requests walls were very thin.
