"The hotel was nice and the only reason I didn't give it 5/5 is because it is old and not very soundproof. The people staying in the room above ours must be acrobats. The amount of pounding on their floor which echoed down into our room was astonishing. And it went on until almost midnight. On a positive note, the breakfast was great. The room was nice size although a bit dark and dated. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is also dated with a sink on the outside and toilet and shower behind closed doors. The staff was very friendly."

"Reasonable room rates, clean room but small. Bathroom was especially small. There’s not a whole lot of room to spread out. I had to live out of my suitcase on the desk, which made the desk space unusable. The sink outside the bathroom splattered water all over the user regardless of how mild the water pressure was. Bad design there. We never ate breakfast there. It was fairly well-appointed but no half and half was a deal breaker. Why only 2% milk? I don’t want to drive 10 minutes somewhere to get coffee then come back for the free breakfast so breakfast was an added expense if you want proper creamer in your coffee. Also no cover on the toilet so everything above the commode in the shelves is susceptible to falling in with one false move. The bathroom door will hit you in the knees if you’re sitting down."

"The whole property was better than even the pics depicted. Food was delicious, rooms cozy with fire and adequate space. We would definitely recommend. It’s the best place if you are going to West Yellowstone in the area. Beautiful drive to the park."
