"we chose this hotel for our honeymoon and it's a decision we definitely didn't regret. the hotel itself was immaculate, clean, had everything essential on site. it's great to have the indoor and outdoor pools available as well as the spa where you can get a massage. the sauna is very good too. Lastly, the staff was brilliant. Yuliya checked us in and she was wonderful, made us feel so welcome. but other members of the staff in the restaurant, spa and the cleaning ladies on floor 5 were all very polite and helpful. We got a amazing room with hot tub and it just made our stay the absolute perfection. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"This hotel is gorgeous. Very rarealy do you arrive somewhere and the photos are actually how the hotel looks. It was extremely clean and everything worked. The bed was really comfy and the room was so nice. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and made you feel at home. The food was delicious, we did breakfast only and dinner one night. There are also some great restaurants nearby (Spartiatis was our favourite). The gardens and pools were so relaxing. We also had spa treatments which were fantastic value and super relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel "

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were truly exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and the food was excellent with plenty of choice; we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. A special mention must go to Vera on reception. During our stay, I wasn’t feeling well, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after and comfortable. Her care and attention made a real difference, and it’s something we’ll always remember. Overall, we loved everything about the hotel and had a wonderful stay. With just a little more focus on creating a poolside atmosphere, it would be absolutely perfect."

"BMS was broken and the light went out sometimes. Otherwise great experience, staff very friendly (including the BMS repair), good location close to the sea and shops"

"The hotel has quite a lot of guests, and the pool area can feel a bit crowded. The space between the pool and the sunbeds is narrow, and some guests slipped there. However, the food at the Italian restaurant in the hotel was excellent."

"Yes room was very clean,we asked not to clean a few times as wanted longer rest ,the days we forgot to put sign for cleaning they did anyway.only fault was the mattress was a little soft and lukmpy but was bigger enough to gett over that seeing was end of season but everything else food etc was great value for the price. "
