Restaurant Staff (Minaketan, Bikash, Rakesh, Surmi, and Deepak) were professional, courteous, flexible, attentive, displayed positive attitude and good communication skill. We would love to stay at this hotel and have our meals in the restaurants during our future visit to Cuttack."

"We 3 of us stayed in a room in this hotel. Clean and helpful staff. BUT the mattress of the bed for the third person was wrapped in plastic cover which I believe must have the original plastic cover when you purchase a mattress from a shop. Extremely uncomfortable to sleep and make creaking noise when turn from one side to other. We stayed in more than 50 hotels but we haven't come across this in any of them. Please remove the plastic cover when it's used by a guest and then put it back...

"This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and extremely dirty. It doesn’t even look like a real hotel and completely fails to meet Expedia’s standards. I’m shocked it’s listed here—it’s unsafe for women and should be removed from Expedia immediately. Terrible experience."
