I read both good and bad comments, and many of the negative ones came from people from the U.S. who are used to something different. "The hotel is located in a prime location across from the train station. The area feels safe during the day but you wouldn't want to venture out late at night. Having an elevator made it easy as we are mobility challenged with luggage. The room had some cleanliness issues with stained bed linen. The AC had some challenges keeping the room cool. "
