"Would absolutely stay again. Dropped our luggage when we arrived early in the morning. Check in was quick, rooms were clean and air conditioned, and the lobby even had a water tap to fill our bottles every day which was awesome! We stayed in a smaller room the first night and then switched into a superior room after (it wasn’t available our first night) and it’s worth the price to pick a bigger room in my opinion! It’s close to the metro station as well but the one downside id say there are less...

"The hotel is situated in a nice location. There is a museum, zoo and metro station nearby. Lots of restaurants and bakeries too. The hotel is nice but rooms are a tad small what I heard all hotel rooms in Paris are in the small side. There was no fridge in the room which is needed as the weather was so hot during our stay. The breakfast did look good but we chose to eat out every morning. Overall a nice stay with lovely staff, in a nice location."

"I stayed here during the heat wave and I was surprised that the AC in my hotel room was not that strong. Thankfully I had my own portable fans, because without them I would’ve been sweating terribly. Also, I didn’t know it was a walk up. So, if you have bigger baggage just be mindful. The location is really convenient and safe."

"This hotel has not air conditioning or any type of relief to provide ventilation. To add insult to injury, all the electrical wiring and the remotes are faulty where trying to turn on the fan in one place will result the lights turning on in another room. We booked a total of 7 rooms and all of the rooms had faulty wiring and remote controls. Only the lobby has air conditioning which is totally deceiving as all of the rooms were extremely stuffy. "Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel, en tout cas pas en été. Il y a plusieurs commodités maintenant normales dans les hôtels qu'on ne retrouve pas: pas d'ascenseur, pas de climatisation (il faisait plus chaud à l'intérieur de la chambre qu'à l'extérieur de l'immeuble), un frigo qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de cafetière, pas de coffre-fort. Les chambres sont trop petites pour avoir un bureau, voire une chaise. Il est interdit d'avoir des invités, ne serait-ce que pour une courte visite. Le quartier...

"We liked everything. The facilities and staff are excellent. The kindness and helpfulness of each staff member makes you rest and relax in comfort."

"Do not stay here. The biggest problem is the mold in the bathrooms. When I asked to be moved rooms because I didn’t want to stand on mold while I showered I was told that every room has this issue and there’s nothing they can do about it. This is also a senior living facility which means those unfortunate seniors are living in mold. They DO NOT CARE. It is unsafe, unhealthy, and should be avoided at all costs."
