"Great size, clean, close to everything, easy to check in, lots of parking."

"The check in process was smooth and front desk staff was helpful. My room was clean and came with a free bottle of water. The air conditioning worked very well. The hotel has a pool and outdoor bar. Food at the bar was just okay. It was difficult to get Ubers from Carvoeiro to Portimao and Praia da Rocha, so keep that in mind if that’s where you’re planning to spend most of your time."

"Pro: upgraded to a larger room; small supermarket on property; on the beach; AC unit Cons: very loud construction noise in the room next door starting at 8AM and lasting all day long; they have onsite laundry facilities that cost $7.00 USD to wash per load and then $7.00 to dry in a small capacity machine!!! $28.00 USD to wash and dry 2 loads of laundry; building is pretty run down both inside and outside"

"Friendly staff, beautiful property, pool was a great addition because the beach is a walk (steep uphill back). Dinner was basic and I wouldn’t recommend unless you are in a pinch and need something close."

"The size of the accommodation was the only positive factor for me. The apartment has absolutely no sound proofing, so we could hear not only furniture scraping floors, but also when the neighbours children were crying next door or above us. No blackout curtains. No recycling, we were in the room when housekeeping would come by and put all the glass and empty containers that we had placed next to the garbage can in the same bag and take it out."
