"Room was of bad standard... Too old and dirty for Bastos. Room was too small. Bedshits with holes... The bathroom was not clean and strong odour. "

"Significant improvements are required at this property, both in terms of facilities—which need renovation throughout—and staff training. Regrettably, this was the poorest standard of accommodation I have encountered to date."

"Rooms are quaint and comfortable, though housekeeping could be improved. The supply of towels and tea can be a bit inconsistent and may need to be requested. On the positive side, the staff are friendly and quick to address any concerns. The food is good, with a nice variety available on the restaurant menu. A real highlight is the 360 view of the city of Yaoundé from the 11th floor—an excellent spot with great ambience to relax and take in the scenery."
