"Great aparthotel. Excellent communication. We had a problem with the Aircon leaking when we arrived home in the evening. We let them know via WhatsApp and they moved us immediately. Really top class service! Also worth mentioning, this is in the coolest part of Porto with brilliant bars, restaurants and it is walkable to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! "

"Very clean and newly renovated apartment! A very comfortable bed so you will rest from all the walk there! The only less good side is that the isolation in the windows is not the best so you can hear the traffic outside so because of that it’s good that it’s a less busy area and totally worthy to walk a little longer to the center!! "

"An amazing hotel that really lives up to its publicity. My stay was excellent from start to finish. Stylish decor, a comfortable room, great breakfast, lovely spa and a great roof-top bar. All in a perfect location for exploring the city. What made it really special, though, were the staff. Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional and went out of their way to be helpful and to make me feel welcomed and valued. A really special stay and I will return! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Timbre Virtudes. The hotel is is situated in a beautifully restored building that adds history and charm to your stay. From the moment we checked in the staff was courteous, helpful, and warm. We were in a rush to get to a tour and they did everything possible to get us there on time. When it was time to unfortunately depart, our Uber ended up coming to the end of the street that the hotel was located on. Without hesitating, staff helped us carry our luggage all the way down the cobblestone street and made sure we were situated before leaving. All in all, I highly recommend staying here for your Porto experience!"

"Memória FLM Porto was a wonderful hotel in a great location. It was clean and the staff was wonderful, especially Luiz! The breakfast each morning was perfect, and the staff is there to help you with anything you may need. We had a beautiful view of the river and and the beautiful buildings around us. My mom and I came for a girls trip and highly recommend this hotel "
