"The Location & Atmosphere is in a fantastic, central location, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome on foot. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and kept very clean. We also found the front desk staff to be consistently friendly and professional throughout our stay. However, there are significant downsides. The soundproofing is very poor; we heard constant noise from the road which was expected due to locations, but could easily hear guests in the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast experience was inconsistent. On "good" days, it was attentive and well-stocked, but on other days, we had to repeatedly visit the bar to ask for coffee or basic items that hadn't been replenished. For the hotel's rating, we expected a more reliable level of service. Major Service Failure: Air Conditioning Our biggest issue was a malfunctioning air conditioner. The initial response was very disappointing, we were essentially told they had "tried" to fix it and we would just have to cope. After the room became unbearable at 11pm, we had to insist on a resolution, which was finally sorted at 1am. While the issue was technically resolved by then, the damage was done. The delay caused massive disruption and resulted in an awful, sleepless night right before our long journey home. Being forced to travel for a full day while exhausted due to poor maintenance and a lack of urgency from the staff was a major letdown. This level of guest care in regards to such issues could do with improvement."

"Great hotel. The location is very central with easy walking access to all major attractions. The staff is very friendly and is there for whatever you need. The rooms are very nice. The only reason why this review is not 5 stars is because the bed was very hard. There was no elevator on my side of the building but the staff carried our bags up and down the stairs. Everything was great besides the bed "
