"Good hotel with a better location."

"From the moment we stepped through the sliding glass door entrance, we were immediately greeted by the coolness of the air-conditioning, and the warmth of the staff. The rooms are just the right size, the bathroom has 2 sinks and nice overhead shower (push up to start it). Bring your own conditioner and washcloths as they have big towels and hand towels only. Purchase the breakfast on site (amazing!), or simply go across the street, to the left for cappuccino and pastry. If you want heartier food, head to the right and up the street for about 5 minutes. I can't recall the name but it's has some tall skinny windows in front. One last thing; the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I only wish I could converse in Italian. "We had a very pleasant stay at Martis Palace Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of many major attractions. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the air conditioning was super quite and efficient, the staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We appreciated that the hotel offers family accommodations with connecting rooms, and we also liked the high ceilings and the fact that there are no carpets in the rooms, which made everything feel fresh and clean. The breakfast buffet was good, with a decent selection to start the day. There were a few drawbacks. The rooms are quite small, and it was difficult to fully open a suitcase on the floor without placing it on the bed. We were assigned a first-floor room, and the street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Also, despite our expectations, we did not receive any status perks during our stay. Overall, Martis Palace is a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional service and a fantastic central location. If I’d stay here again, I would definitely request a higher-floor room next time for a quieter experience."
