"The Plaza is the gold standard of Parisian luxury. All of the staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful -- I don't know how they do it, but they know the guests by name when they see you, they greet you personally, and any requests are met promptly."

Hotel Queen Mary Paris
"Mold on the duvet foot cover. No key for the safe. Room smelt like mold. AC was good most of the time except very early in the morning when it would get very hot in the room. I woke up everyday morning at around 3-4am due to the heat. Broken hinge for the fridge door and fridge had mold in it."
