The heater were not operating and when asked we have been told that the heaters have a maintenance issue and waiting for a piece of material which sounds us very strange for such big Hotel chain. During breakfast the tables were not cleaned properly. Staff at the reception were helpful for any question we asked help from them.

Great hotel in the outskirts of the city. Great condition, friendly and helpful staff, and ample offerings for the breakfast. Our only issues with the room were the rolling barn-type bathroom/closet door which didn’t work properly, and it being too warm and stuffy without opening the outer window in December. The surrounding area is undergoing some much needed urban redevelopment. We were approached by some sketchy characters in this neighborhood upon our late check in, so I would recommend arriving by taxi or having a good knowledge of the bus routes to be dropped off close by.

Brilliant hotel, you couldn’t ask for better :)

Lovely hotel, very clean in all areas, the room was nice and cool. The bathroom is lovely and the shower is great, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are all provided in the shower on pump, as well as hand wash and hand cream by the sink. The room was cleaned daily. Tea and coffee was provided in the room with the kettle. At breakfast there is hot food, croissant selection, a waffle machine, toast, cereals and cold meat/cheese, you really couldn’t want more. The location is around a 10 minute walk to Saint Ouen, all flat. There are many restaurants nearby within a 2 minute walk, and a little supermarket as well as Lidl and Aldi. I’d definitely stay here again. The staff were lovely and welcoming too.

This was a return stay at this hotel. No issues with the room except that there's a foul smell most likely coming from the drain in the shower. Most likely it needs to be plunged. Otherwise clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not as memorable as the first time but still quite good. Bus train and tram all available with a 10 minute walk or less.

Awesome stay and I would come again

Pros: The hotel is very clean, hotel staff respectful and helpful, near the Eifel Tower under 4 miles i think, easy to get Uber, lots of food places to eat(guys try Brasao Poulet Braise, highly recommended food place, chicken is awesome and prices are awesome and quick service), near the euro train station, very quite hotel and the matress is awesome, breakfast is included and is awesome, for sure youll have a restful sleep Cons- they were 1 hour late in checking us in. Check in was at 3PM but the room wasnt ready till 4PM and I think I paid for a room with double bed but they gave us a room with 2 singles but overall Im happy.

NO AC IN THE ROOMS!!!!This hotel is barely a 2 star hotel. I have stayed in Ibis hotels much better than this. The rooms were dirty. The bathrooms had hair from prior guests that I had to throw away!!!!! The window in my room had big crack!!! VERY NOISE the hotel its right next to a impound lot were you can hear people screaming and yelling all night. I dont know how this hotel its consider a 4 star hotel ?!?!??????!?! The staff in the lobby were very nice.

The property itself was nice. The bed was comfortable and the room decent enough. I’ve stayed in better hilton’s, but not a bad hotel by any means. However, the staff’s service wasn’t the best. They took a long time to deal with any customers. Furthermore, one of the lifts didn’t work for the first floor customers- we we’re quite bluntly advised that we had to send one of the lifts up to the third floor, then call on another one- but we couldn’t do that as the card didn’t work for the lift at all. It’s really impractical for people with big suitcases, and disabled people. We weren’t advised if this would be fixed or anything. I’d also add that we had to pay some sort of city tax for our two night stay, that came to about 30 euro. This is fine, but I feel it could have been made much clearer during the booking process.

The pro about the Hampton Hilton Clichey is that it is a clean, bright & cheerful hotel with a helpful front desk staff. That being said, there are many cons! First of all, we DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel if your intention is to see the sights of Paris. It is was very inconvenient to get to the metro from the hotel. Many times while trying to get back to the hotel at night from Paris, certain trains were not working or were too crowded. We had to take alternate routes which made getting back difficult and long. It often took us 40-50 mins to get back to the hotel at night, metro and walking, and this hotel is located in a sketchy neighborhood. Also, the hotel does not have a restaurant and there are few dinning options near it!! The hotel breakfast was ok, eggs were runny and gross, bacon was rubbery, and hash browns were soggy. However, there are other food options. There are no fridges in the rooms which was a bummer. Also, no TV or good Movie channels and everything is in French. At night we could not find anything to watch while we were trying to unwind from long days of site seeing. It was unbelievable that they did not have any subscription channels or the ability to cast to the TV’s so we could at least watch our own subscriptions. Lastly, the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. The hotel was way too expensive for the lack of amenities. All in all we would not stay there again
