受付の方の対応がよかったです。

受付の人の対応がよかったです。凱旋門、エッフェル塔にはメトロ1本で行けたのでよかったです。あと近くにコインランドリーがあるのも便利です。エレベーターはなかったです。

早朝にポーヴェ空港に行くのには、最高のホテルです。 徒歩5分くらいのところにポーヴェ空港行きのバス停があります。 寝るだけなので、特に特別なものは期待しません。 夜は結構静かな環境です。

Personnels très appréciés, à l’écoute, Chambre 11 au gout du jour et très propre. Communs désuets . Insonorisation médiocre par rapport aux autres locaux de l’étage. Pas toujours de l’eau chaude. Bon rapport qualité /prix.

Perfect stay

Money for values was perfect, definitely stay again, not far from mallot metro station or parking lot where buses come and depart for BVA airport. Our room was really spacious, the same goes for bathroom, that was unexpected for Paris, where even **** hotels’ economy rooms are quite small. We had late flight back home but hotel kept our luggage after check out until late evening. Of course the walls are really sound

Chambre refait à neuf. Je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner donc je ne peux pas faire de commentaire. Petit cachet ancien sympa. Beau siège ancien à l entrée qui demanderait un bon coup de cire...🙂

This hotel is rated 2 stars, but delivers far more but to its old Parisian charm and friendly guests. Situated in the centre of the restraint area of Neuilly and with an exelent one next door. 5 minutes walk to the M1 metro ready to take you in to Paris.

Average hotel in the Neuilly district

The hotel is overall not bad, but it has extremely thin walls, so there is a lot of noise from the corridor and other rooms, including bathroom. Also, although the hotel declares to be non-smoking, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in my room. There is a good connection with metro, RER and airport bus to the square close to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located to some business activities in the Neuilly quarter and sometimes it is the only available hotel in the area when booking late, then the price is really high and not corresponding with its standard and official 2-star status. The staff is friendly and trying to help, however they cannot change things that make this hotel worse than it might be.

Chambres très mal insonorisées, que se soit sur l’extérieur ou sur les autres chambres (on entend les écoulements de canalisation comme si on été collé dessus, et heureusement, il n'y avait pas de couple dans la chambre d'à côté). Il y avait aussi une forte odeur (probablement un parfum) qui était vraiment désagréable.

Le temps d'une escapade

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel agréable. Literie très confortable. Salle de bain agréable. N'hésitez pas à couper le chauffage car il fait vite très chaud.
