Property was gorgeous, the on site restaurant was delicious, the room service was amazing, staff was great. i got a suite and it was HUGE. it almost felt like an apartment. i loved my stay. plenty of high end shops and restaurants around as well!

Spacious room, great location, super breakfast!

We had a good stay here, room was spacious with high celings. Bathroom also lovely. My little girl loved the room as it was comfortable. I really also enjoyed the breakfast, it was a great spread with some superb options.

Wonderfully located and the front desk personnel are quite hospitable. Had we known that the hotel is being closed shortly for a major renovation though, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. The property is quite run-down, which makes sense given the imminent project - just doesn't make for a very pleasant stay at this time.

This hotel was better than expected. Some of the reviews we read mentioned that the rooms were outdated, however, we did not find this to be a deterrent and in fact felt it was part of the historical charm for a hotel in the city. All of the staff were wonderful, the restaurant food was delicious and our view was nothing short of spectacular. We loved being within walking distance of almost everything. Would stay again!!!
