"I had a really good experience at check in. Being greeted by my name and even was given a tour of the property. My room was over looking the water but the bathroom was not clean. This property is currently under renovation for a new pool but the beach access was a plus. Sofia at the Palmette was very nice but the valet staff ahhhh. Walk to the beach was steps. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. 4 stars for the staff overall- only because the restaurant made an error with our dinner reservation and I didn’t feel it was remedied. "
