"The staff was welcoming the rooms and building were well maintained. This was our first time traveling with our chihuahua and the trip went awesome."

"Desk manager was rude. Our key card would not work. Made 4 trips up and down the stairs, finally she came up and after 10 trys with her card she got the door opened. She told us she would get it taken care. Couldn't leave the room because we had no key. We never heard another word? Left the next morning, no word. We have stayed her before and had a good experience. Its a older place but the rooms are getting dated. Guess we have to try somewhere else next time."

"There is a lot of good about the property and the room we stayed in. Everything is brand new, but here are some things to consider. The apartment we stayed in had two big massive windows which is awesome, but the shades are only light filtering so it's still pretty bright in the room at night. The blinds in the bedroom should have had black out blinds. So you might want to bring your own sleeping masks to help make the rooms darker. The only other downside is how loud the AC is when it turns...

"You need a code to enter this property and access your room. We booked through Expedia which stated that we would receive our code via email within 24 hrs of check-in. However, I checked my email several times with that time period and never received a code. Upon arrival at the property shortly after 4:00, a sign on the door also stated our code would be sent via email. We never received anything. Other guests arriving at the same time also had not received a code. Upon messaging the company...

"Stayed one night so didnt experience a whole lot but the sleep between the three of us that stayed were all terrible. The AC unit is older and super loud. It kept us all awake through the evening waking us up every couple hours."

"Parking situation is very poorly explained and set up. The street markings out front appear to show that you can’t pull up, stop or unload at the main lobby door, and there’s seemingly no concierge. The actual parking garage is on the far side of the block on a one way system, we had to go around twice before we were able to identify the correct access point. Then - the walk just to the lobby to check in, with luggage, is about 300 yards via a bridge, another locked bridge with an intercom, down...

"The hot tub happened to be out of commission during our stay. There were some smaller items not cleaned from the previous guests, a straw and some tape on the wall- no big issue, just noticed and wondered what I might not be seeing. The shampoo dispenser was broken off the wall - not a big deal either. Breakfast was good and there was plenty. And staff were very nice. I'd go back."

"Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Popcorn bar and breakfast items were nice perks, as well as the parking garage. Great location for accessing the Lakewalk and bike trails."
