"They are friendly helpful and the hotel is clean ."

"Wir hatten reserviert für 3 Personen. Als wir ankamen, hat uns eine sehr gelangweilte und unfreundliche Dame empfangen. Haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen bemerkten wir, dass das 3. Bett noch nicht gemacht war. Es war so vorzufinden wie vom letzten Gast hinterlassen. Nachdem wir es ihr mitteilten, überzog sie zwar das Bett neu, geputzt war das Zimmer aber nicht (Dusche, ect.). War unser erster Tag in Armenien, hat einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck gemacht."

"The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to consider our situation with sleeping children."

"The staff was very very friendly and helps you with all Kind of Problems. A very clean place and the breakfast was easy but awesome. At the day i had to leave early,they wait for me and made me extra a doggy bag. Very very kind."
