"Location,location location! Its a great little hotel in the middle of everything. Restaurants, shops,coffee. You can walk everywhere. The one thing we did not like at all is the parking(if you don’t need a car great, but we needed one) You have to walk about 2 blocks to the parking area. No one will bring your car. You have to call the front desk ask them to open the parking lot wait there until someone comes and opens it. As a guest it’s too much of a hassle especially on tired days of walking and sightseeing and of course you have to carry all your luggage or whatever you have. "

"Hotel was very well lcosted but amenities not that nice, the rooftop was woth garbage over the floor, the breakfast as just a messy place to be, and the option were very limited. For the price you can get better hotels around."

"We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Merida. The location is the best you could find in the middle of everything. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. We were disappointed with the pool as it’s basically a dark hole in the ground and did not look clean (we didn’t go in). The bathroom is a half wall so unless you are single, it’s not very practical. Water pressure was amazing in the shower. There are no curtains in the window so if you like to sleep in, this could be an issue (it wasn’t for us). Overall I would recommend the hotel for a few days if you want to be able to walk everywhere in Centro "

"Wonderful experience!! Can’t say enough good things about the staff! The rooms could use some updating, but the staff totally made up for it, Guillermo, in particular. I had the misfortune of breaking my leg near the end of our trip, and not only did Guillermo actually help my husband carry me to our room, but the staff brought us some crutches, a shower seat, and a cooler full of ice. Later, my husband went down and ordered our dinner from the kitchen, and they offered to bring it to our room. Even before that happened we were very impressed. The breakfast was very good with tables set by the pool in a covered patio. Bed was very comfortable. Great location near Plaza Grande which has a very warm family-oriented vibe. Very highly recommend!"

"You get coffee packet for first night only, so if ur a coffee drinker, be prepared. Everything else is good!!! Food is grrreat!!! Service is great! Rooms r clean."
