We ask him to cancel our tickets once we get to know that rates are higher. He asked for 3000 rupees towards the cancellation charges. "A nice hotel with basics for frequent travelers. Provides all the amenities, decent food, in good location, in heart of Nagpur and in well known area. But some basics were missing like body lotion, hair dryer, which could be provided at a minimal cost. "
