"If I could give this hotel a 6-star rating, I would. I have traveled a lot, but I had never received the level of attention and service that I received in this hotel. When I arrived I had some particular issues I needed to resolve. Since I was traveling alone and my issues dealt with a large parcel it was difficult for me to fix my problem by myself. I asked the front desk for suggestions as to where I could go to solve my problem. The immediately called maintenance to help me. Maintenance was so prompt that they arrived at my room before I could make it back from the front desk. They helped me with my problem and used there own materials without extra charge.
I had a problem with the hot water. Again, I let the front desk know, and maintenance arrived to my room immediately. The problem was fixed. The staff was helpful, attentive and they seem to genuinely care about my needs. It is rare to find this kind of service these days. Thank you, Marriott Hotel Buenos Aires Ezeiza!"
