"We booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle. I called to inform about the time we needed to leave, with the first shuttle at 7:30 am ( nothing is earlier). When we came outside at 7:30 am, the 6 seats shuttle was full. We had to take a taxi for 80 Euros! Unacceptable."

"Everything is perfect. Only if they provide shuttle service more frequently that would be perfect. When I request the shuttle service I was told 6am and 7 am shuttles were full and next one will be 11am. I have to take taxi instead."

"Shuttle to hotel only runs every hour during the afternoon, so if you miss it by four minutes don’t be tempted to walk. The location seems close to the airport but it is not easily walkable. "It is a clean facility and nice staff. We had a dinner at the hotel. They provide a dinner buffet and the food was good. The only problem with the buffet, they didn’t have refill of pots, when they got empty!! The check in process of hotel was very long. It was not busy but it seems they have a shortage of staff. It was only one receptionist and he supposed to answer the phones and talk with the guests/ customers!"
