"Unfortunately, our experience at Suatis Hotel was quite disappointing. Check-in took almost 45 minutes because their credit card system was not working. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was being asked if I had enough money on my card, which I found very inappropriate and unnecessary. The rooms were also quite hot, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. That said, I have to give credit where it’s due—the breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, while the breakfast was excellent, the check-in experience and room temperature issues significantly affected our experience."

"Thank you so much for your hospitality, Gudauri Loft! My sister and I stayed in your hotel over last weekend! We loved it! Room was very spacious with everything you need in it , including tooth brush, breakfast was included, lots of variety, also we ate in the restaurant few times , food was delicious! Infinite pool was our favorite spot, lady who worked there was very helpful and fun to talk too! Thank you so much for having us! Galina O"

"Helpful and friendly staff! Great common area with billiards and games. Amazing views from comfortable rooms. Great restaurant menu and delicious food. The hotel is a walk from the ski lifts and they provide a complementary shuttle."

"I had a room facing the street and it was very noisy throughout the night. Trucks will drive by dogs were barking and there is a LED orange light that stays on also throughout the night and you can’t turn it off."
