"Excellent three night stay!"

"I wanted to like this property so bad but we had lots of issues to begin with. We got switched from room to room due to issues with AC ( our first night in Mallorca, slept with no AC and it was hell), water flooding in the bathrooms, lack of proper cleaning (floors dirty consistently), bedsheets were rough and itchy-some dort of cheap linen and overall a subpar breakfast experience with no real chefs in the kitchen. The only person that saved our experience was Eva in the frontdesk who was absolutely lovely and trully helpful in every sense. We will never stay here again...trust me, look somewhere else."

"Comfortable rooms which were spacious and tidy. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a good variety for all. Pool bar food and drink were great and reasonably priced. Spa area VERY slippy, would recommend they have someone clearing water more frequently. Would come again for sure. "

"Centrally located within a quiet square in Palma. Roof top pool, bar and lounging area provided a restful and invigorating alternative to sightseeing with beautiful panoramic views of cathedral, local churches and local civic buildings. Interiors were outstanding and the restuarant, bar and reception area provided a pleasant experience. In particular the breakfast menu was excellent. Finally, the staff could not be more respectful and helpful recommending excellent restaurants within the area including their own."

"Great space with 3 pools, it wasn’t hot enough to use the unheated pools but the ground floor pool was lovely, with plenty of loungers too. Staff are attentive, especially the bar staff who were happy to provide cold water/ice. The rooms are very clean and housekeeping did a wonderful job. The breakfast had a good variety and gets rotated often due to how busy it is, large seating area so it doesn’t feel too overcrowded. Only downside was our neighbours were talking loudly on the balcony at 3/4am on the first night, which isn’t the hotel’s fault but maybe they could have intervened?"

"Rooms (we had two, which is explained later) very nice, modern and clean. First room on the first floor was very noisy due to a locked but not at all soundproof connecting door to the next room. Neighbour played very loud music at 2.15am, and then snored loudly the rest of the night. Asked to be moved to another room the next morning and the staff were very helpful, moved us to a fifth floor room which was much quieter. Very nice hotel and excellent staff, just don't stay on the first floor if you can be somewhere else, or take ear plugs! Balcony rooms have excellent views of the harbour."
