"Beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious with options for all visitors. Gym had good equipment and the pool and grounds are lovely. My only suggestion would be to have an iron in all rooms it would have been helpful with my wrinkled dresses."

"This is a stunning resort, with excellent service and beautiful surroundings. It's a shame that the tourist industry in Sri Lanka is suffering but everyone is very welcoming and we were grateful for the peace and quiet at anilana. The beach bungalow we stayed in was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the ocean from our bed! "Rooms are among the bushes in separate apartments among bushy area with beach view. It gives you a nice feeling when you walk around. The quality of food in the restaurant is very good. The Manager is very friendly and helpful. Customer service at the counter is very good. Enjoyed the high ceiling room and separate toilet and shower which gives more flexibility in using. "The staff was very friendly and the yoga session conducted for us in the morning is very good. The yoga instructor makes a real effort to help us learn yoga. Food was nice and the rooms were clean. Overall, it is a great place to relax and spend a weekend. I would definitely return to this hotel again. "
