"Excellent. Absolutely lives up to its 5 star reputation. Service interactions were all welcoming, pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Our room was perfection. Balcony was pleasant, there is plenty of comfortable seating choices in the room. The bathroom is a highlight. "The atmosphere was magical and it felt like we were transported back to the past. Some other less favourable things did occur however, our bath tub was leaking water and the water pressure was not fantastic in the shower. "

"Room had staines on the walls and ceiling, they gave a drop of shampoo and body wash for our entire stay. Our property was stolen on the resort and they initially tried to brush me off but after asking repetitively they told me they would check cctv, but after 2 days they said they were still checking. "We stayed at Temple Tree for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon and couldn’t have had a more amazing stay. We were greeted with a drink and cookie upon check-in, then upgraded to a four-bedroom villa with a private pool which was incredible and so appreciated. "Really nice rustic accommodation. We really enjoyed the natural elements of the traditional stilted bungalow. We had gekko running around inside, and squirrels, cats, dogs playing outside. The outdoor bathroom is a really nice touch. Staff were super friendly and kind, they would deliver complimentary ice water and fruit when we were swimming in the pool. Housekeeping kept the place tidy, but we didn’t ever meet them. If your after something different from your usual sterile unremarkable hotel...

"What an IDYLLIC place to stay while vacationing on this beautiful island of Langkawi. The owner/manager Mr. T is super friendly as are the entire staff. Mr. T knows Langkawi like the back of his hand, and will guide you to every attraction in Langkawi. For the price we paid, we were surprised that breakfast was included.
