Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night "

"I definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel restaurant is located next to the beach which is great. Its only 10 min away by taxi from Patong. The staff is very nice and helpful, in special Poppi from the reception."
