"Room facilities were very good for a Phuket hotel considering a number of the top hotels are getting old now. Our Air Con was a bit hit and miss on set temperature but it didnt let us down. Hotel staff were excellent, the best I've ever had in Thailand. Thais are wonderful friendly people but I have in the past, found its sometimes difficult to ask for changes or special requests etc. Diamond Cliff staff managed to answer and organise any requests we had with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel...
