Wonderful place - they don’t build hotels like this anymore. Impressive lobby with huge waterfall and green area with kois. Plenty of free parking spots and an impressive drive to the entrance area through a park with dinosaur statues. Terminal 21 Mall is at a walking distance if you’re looking for cheaper food than what the hotel offers. Several pools surrounding the hotel and even a beach which isn’t private but separated from other beaches because there is a rocky area. This place exceeded our expectations, especially because we saw some bad reviews. Actually it was the nicest hotel we ever stayed. Oh, did I forget to mention the awesome staff ? Super nice and friendly- We will definitely be back!

The first night, I cojj hi lent even find the hotel, it’s far from the road and locals couldn’t help. Second night I checked in they took 1,000 deposit, sent me walking everywhere, told me the wrong room#. When I finally got to the room, I turned around and left!! Couldn’t find the front desk, it was on the 4th floor!!! No guidance of direction or clear signage!! I will never waste my money and time staying there again!!!!! I’m a 67 year old senior, I was ignored, and send wandering aimlessly through this huge property, so I just left without staying either night.

The property was run down. The carpets in the room were stained and dusty... old carpets need to change them. The bathroom and room was full of cockroaches. The bedsheets were stained.
