Only issue I had was that I had to pay for an additional towel. I didn’t understand the big deal about having an extra towel given the fact I was staying for 20 nights I was left with the impression that it was a low class establishment I travel a lot and usually management would not allow you to be disappointed on something so petty I paid for three extra towels and they made sure I only received only two clean towels per day not one over Again to me this seems very low class and petty New hotel I will make sure of the towel policy Who knew it such a big deal LOW CLASS
Make sure you bring your own towel they have a very strict policy no exceptions guest beware

Good hotel. Staff are fantastic, room good no issues. Cleaned daily and friendly people. Pool area good, bit of a sun trap on days. Good area, quiet but restaurants around the area. Around 10 minutes walk to main area. All in all very satisfied, would stay again. 👍👍👍

Aircon leaked a puddle on the floor. Bathroom sink pipe was broken and leaking. Rooms are dirty with mold everywhere. Staff is unpleasant and unhelpful. Will never stay again

The staff were very good and cannot fault but the room now is very dated and probably over priced. The room i had had the wall paper peeling in the corner of the room. If i was staying more than the four nights i would have asked to be moved. The location is good and at the right price its ok. And the people working there are good.

Book If No Better Option at Same Price

Nova Park is old, but serviceable. You can often get rooms at a good discount. If you do, it's a good choice. Location is not convenient to anything. You'll need a bike/taxi. The unaffiliated restaurant next door is not great. No breakfast. Wi-Fi is poor so use 5G tethering as an option. Shower is substandard with poor water pressure. No proper chair for desk working. But suite-style rooms are big with kitchette and beds are comfortable. Good if there's no better option at same price.

The room was just okay, looked old, no hot water for the shower. Had to change rooms half way through my stay because the toilet stopped working. People in rooms near mine were noisy all day because they let their children scream and run up and down the halls and slamming doors.
