We had a room with sea view. Loved it as the whole wall is a glass wall not just window so the view was great! Room and amenities were great as well. Buffet was not to be missed. I would return. If you don’t have to play on a beach or walk on a beach but just find a get-away place, this is a hotel to consider.

I like Sri Rasha as a quiet town compared to Pattaya. There I can find everything i really need and walking on streets is safe. Vetter than this Novotel hotel is hard to find.

Bidet didn’t work in one of my rooms but they swapped me to a new room and were very nice about it.

Friendly helpful staff — only had 1 hot shower over four days- I mentioned to staff on first day ! On departure I approached front desk for discount as hot shower I thought I’d let part of any hotel facility! they weren’t interested in any form of discount. Disappointing - also not really a beach type prospective- eg infinatey pool - out to sea - as portrayed in promotional photos….
