The staff where friendly especially the Filipina staff who accommodate us the day we checked in. The room was clean, but the whirpool bathtub was leaking and the windows outside the room is wide open that you can hear the mosquitoes around. Though the place is very near the restaurants but it was hard to find at first.

Close to everything. Weird bathroom.

Nice place. Bathroom is really weird though and didn't leave much privacy for a group of 4 friends. Good area that's close to everything.

Good location.

No parking, but can parked at Royal Garden 30 baht per hr. Good bed very comfortable. No hot water just have hot water tab but no water. Glasses in the room are very dirty.

The hotel is close to the beach and other sites in Pattaya. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn't have a bad stay but could be better. The bed was not in the best condition as it sank in the middle like the springs have gone bad. Sliding shower doors were falling out of the tracks and don't close properly. I cannot get a wifi signal in the room I was assigned, it didn't bother me much but still a negative. They do provide laundry service for a reasonable price.

Clean room

The hotel is close to department store and convenience shops (i.e. 7-11/family mart) but there is no parking. Moreover, many of receptionists are not Thai people, so they cannot assist about the way or restaurant. The room is quite big and clean, the price is acceptable.

Friends holiday

The service in the hotel was brilliant, all the reception staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. I would stay here again.

ウォーキングストリートに徒歩圏内で立地抜群。スタッフはフレンドリー、部屋も程々に清潔。 1人で寝るだけなら超お勧め！

同じオーナーのホテルが500mくらい先にもあります。そちらは一階にレストランがあります。

素泊まりだけで食事の設備が無かったので朝食付きが良ければもう一つの同じオーナーの方をオススメします。

ウォーキングストリートに歩いてすぐのホテル

立地とコストパフォーマンスは最高。ウォーキングストリート、マッサージ、コンビニエンスストアが近くにあり便利。 設備と部屋のコンディションはいまいち。

利便性の良いホテル

まず、お湯が出ない・・・これにつきる。 パッと見、とてもおしゃれで独創的な室内で綺麗です。 大きなジャグジー付きのバスタブがあってもお湯が出なくては・・・ シャワーは意味不明な円形のガラス引き戸なのですが、どうやっても隙間が空くので注意しないと部屋がびしょびしょに・・・ 綺麗はきれいです。セーフティーＢＯＸはフロントで鍵をもらわないと使えません、最初からくれればいいのに？開け方教えてくれと伝えに行って初めてもらえました。 移動にも便利で、夜遊びにも良い立地ですが、ジョイナーとられました。。。パタヤで!?・・・初めてのことで大変驚きました。。150ﾊﾞｰﾂだからまあいいかという感じですが・・・
