"The Comfort Inn is our go to place to stay in Missoula over the years and it did not disappoint this trip. It's conveniently close to downtown and the University of Montana. The train is pretty loud and close, when it blows its horn, but most of downtown probably has to deal with that. We'll stay there again. "

"They fail to advertise the locomotives that pass by at various times throughout the night. They do have ear plugs at no cost. No fitness center. Lousy breakfast. I will not return."

"I gave a fifty dollar cash pet deposit at check in but at checkout I was told they couldn’t return it because no one but the manager had a key to the till. Was supposed to be put on my card but hasn’t been. Also, staff knocked on the door at seven A.M. to see if we’d left yet. There are way better options in the area. Avoid this Motel 6."

"We have previously liked staying here with our dog. However we were disappointed to see “upgrades” that had paved over the grassy areas off of the first floor rooms. Access to the river is precarious with no safe path, so walking our dog has now become somewhat inconvenient. Not having a microwave in the room nor a freezer section in the room fridge was also inconvenient. Other than that, it is quiet, clean, and close to downtown."

"When in Missoula, we always stay at The Residence Inn and each time it’s great."

"Property is in a great location. It’s within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and bars. They have a coffee bar and a little bar on site! And the hotel and staff are very nice! Only part I didn’t like is that breakfast is not included "

"Room was dirty on arrival, needed to be swept better. Sheets were stained, bathroom was dirty, pee stains on the toilet. Maybe good for a quick stay but not for a few days. "

"This is a low cost hotel that allows pets. That also means no shampoo or conditioner in the room, just bar soap. Shampoo is in the vending machine for $1. In the morning there is coffee and hot water, but that's it. You can hear the next room's conversation, and when they use the shower. Location is good, near Reserve street and the interstate. Staff was helpful and kind, if also exhausted."
