"Check in was easy, cheerful attendent. Did not realize when booking that room entrances were outside. Room was very clean though somewhat dated. Problem with shower operation and leaking/running toilet were a distraction. Room location was right next to a few long term guests that enjoyed evening tail-gate parties complete with barbecue and beach chairs, somewhat annoying. Overall my 2 day stay was not memorable for the right reasons. Breakfast was good though."
"This hotel was great. Very clean. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Loved the lighting in the rooms and have never stayed in a hotel where the blackout curtains were this good. The breakfast was excellent especially the cinnamon rolls."
"So, it was okay. It was clean enough. The TV didn't work. They offered to move me to the second floor, but I wanted to stay on the first floor. My choice. They have the lobby locked so when checking in you have to stand in a small, hot entry way. Then theyre were people with a charcoal grill outside their door. Not too sure how that works with fire code and just general safety. I mean, if they aren't using it, who brings a grill to a hotel? The AC worked really well and it was relatively quiet. All in all, I'd recommend."
"Needed a one night stay. Staff were very helpful. some updates to rooms were done and were very nice. Some elements in bathroom had not been updated like the shower handle and plate were loose. But plenty of hot water. Breakfast was usual fare and was good. Would definitely stay again."
Studio 6 Gonzales, La - Baton Rouge/Geismar/Prairieville I-10
10/10 Excellent
"The property is very well maintained. They have bags for you. If you have pets to clean up after yourself they have morning coffee in the lobby. The staff is very accommodating very friendly. They're very good with my dogs and sometimes they act like they don't have manners or weren't raised well. Haha out of all the hotels that compare in price. This is hands-down the best one they maintain that property so clean especially the inside. I don't really care so much about the outside of property. You know you don't want to look rundown which this one doesn't but inside is very well maintained and clean.
The morning staff and housekeeping are so helpful and accommodating, and the young lady that works at night is so nice and just pleasant when you're having a rough day. I'm in limbo getting ready to move out of state and had to find somewhere that had extended stay that was pet friendly and didn't charge $75 per pet per day. And then another hundred dollar cleaning fee. Some of these other places oughta be ashamed of themselves. The Motel 6 and Studios six housekeeping staff do a great job."
