"Unfortunately we did not like our stay. To start the accommodation is NOT in the premises advertised (I wonder if the guesthouse in the pictures exists at all). We were moved to a flat in a closed, ugly, complex and I found out only because I realised the pictures the owner (or whoever Billy, the person I was exchanging whatsups with is) did not correspond to the guesthouse advertised. Billy did not ask me if it was OK to be moved to another accommodation and only when I asked him what was going...

"Exceptional Boutique Hotel with period furniture, rich paintings, large rooms, excellent decor, well maintained small hotel.
The building is a Heritage building converted from an old telephone exchange and post office.
Location is on Oxford Road, next to Metro station, and is close to Rosebank Mall - they provide Golf cart service. Safe location.
Staff is excellent and responsive and friendly. The breakfast is very good.
Very happy with the stay and would consider it again."

Chambre grande, calme.

"I stayed in one of the Superior Rooms. Presented well, clean, maintained well. Housekeeping staff and Reception staff as well as Room Service were quick to act on requests. Had also booked a separate room for family visiting South Africa on a different floor. Happy with service and will definitely be back. Tulu and Thuli (Chef) in the restaurant, Moeketse in the bar area, you guys were wonderful. One Maintenance gentlemen, I have to mention - changed the safe batteries for me, he was very kind...
