"Arrived at nearly midnight due to a delayed flight and the gentleman on the desk could not have been more helpful and clear. Very close to the Metro, shops and restaurants but still in a very quiet street. Excellent facilities."

"What a wonderful hotel! The staff are all fabulous. We were able to check in early after a long travel day. There is a snack area and lounge with coffee and fruit during the day. We were able to buy food and wine from a local market and enjoy it in the lobby / cafe. They even got wine glasses for us. The room was really nice, clean and quiet. The bed was comfy, great shower. Breakfast was excellent (I’m running out of adjectives to say how great this hotel is). It really felt like a little home away and we only stayed for one night. Location is great. 5 minutes from Gare du Lyon and metro line 1 plus many other lines We were able to store our bags after our checkout. When we returned to get them, they invited us to relax in the cafe, have a coffee and wait for our train in comfort instead of sitting in the train station. We will be back on our next visit. Thanks to everyone at the hotel"

"I loved everything about this beautiful hotel. It was like a lovely little boutique hotel close to everything. Super clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The outdoor bar and restaurant was charming. I would absolutely recommend!"

"Breakfast bar was well laid out and plenty of choices were available however a lot of the items had no labels on them so we had no idea as to what they were. Room was clean however when items were used they were not replaced e.g. paper glasses in the bathroom were not replaced so after first day we had no glasses for rinsing mouth after cleaning teeth etc.. Air conditioning was managed by us and it worked great."

"Hotel cerca de la estación metro Nation. A minutos de bares y restaurantes. Al principio me desilusionè por la ubicación porque al salir no vi nada cerca. Luego Charlotte me explicò con paciencia y así pude entender dónde estaba y cómo moverme."

"The hotel is attached to a restaurant - if you arrive early you will have to use the restroom/change in the restaurant but the hotel will store your luggage for you. Hotel was decently clean although you can tell the pillows have been worn out. No elevator but staff will bring your luggage up and down for you. Close to 2 metro lines. Good for solo travelers."
