"Great location near Wachusett Mountain, which made it very convenient for a ski trip. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day on the mountain. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed that the hot tub was not working and the pool was freezing cold. The main reason we booked this hotel was specifically for the pool and hot tub for our kids. We didn’t receive any email or heads-up from the hotel ahead of time that the hot tub was out of service, which resulted in some very upset children. After swimming in the cold pool, we promised them a warm bath, but unfortunately the bath water came out brown, which was another frustrating issue. The walls are also very thin. We could hear people running and walking above us late at night and early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. We ended up eating dinner at the Colonial Grill. The food itself was good, but we were told the kitchen was backed up and expected a long wait. Ironically, the wait ended up being about an hour anyway, but after a full day of skiing it wasn’t really an option to pack the kids back into the car and go somewhere else. On a positive note, we spoke with a manager about the issues with the pool and hot tub, and they gave us vouchers for breakfast the next morning, which was appreciated."

Went to the restaurant for dinner after sitting for 35 minutes asked how to place a order for food and was told "well get to you when we get to you" Pool was closed at night so kids couldn't swim (whole reason we booked here) The next morning at 930 a random women entered my room without knocking and told me i had to check out.. my check out was at 12. Breakfast was overpriced for the good wasnt great. "

"The entire building smelled like marijuana, including rooms. To the point that multiple were smoking blatantly and nothing was done about it. Never, ever again and I expect a credit for a waste of a booking."

"This is a great location of The going to Southbridge has everything that you need super modern old-school style that’s super clean. Check out the awesome dark horse restaurant while you’re there."

"Bathtub was dirty. No grab bar for shower. Very friendly staff. "

"We killed a cockroach and the shower had was so broken, that it had water coming out everywhere. There was literally a puddle of water on the floor land well as a soaking wet toilet. ALL from that shower. The girl working the front desk was great. Very personable and friendly."
