"Very nice hotel with incredible staff"

"We tried not to nitpick as hotel is new. But by the end of our 4 nights stay, we were really disappointed. This is not an establishment living up to Accor standard. Just some of the things that did not go down well: 1) We found hair twice - once on a plate at the breakfast buffet & once at the bottom of an acai bowl we ordered from the restaurant. 2) Room was not cleaned properly - stains leftover from previous lodger in room and toilet. Totalopplevelsen hadde vært bedre dersom renholdet hadde vært på topp. Badekaret hadde skitne flekker i seg, alle håndklærne luktet surt og bassenget var fullt av sand. "Great ambiance, we stayed over a local Balinese compound with amazing views of rice paddies, the green mountain, and the blue sky. The location is not in the centre, but a perfect way to unwind and relax from daily busy. The food and service are also amazing."
