"Wonderful hotel along a long rocky beach trail. We loved our stay here!"

"Room had a sea view and huge windows. Lots of space for us and a teenager in the one room. Kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge all came in useful. Very friendly staff. On quite a busy road and above a pub so there is noise, but this didn’t bother us as we were staying for one night only while we went to a party."

"Room 2 was small and compact but perfect for my last minute over night stay. Communication was brilliant and entry/exit very easy. Comfortable bed, and the complimentary chocolate bars were very much appreciated after a long day. Oh, and I’m very picky about pillows so was delighted to find they had 4 pillows each with different qualities … brilliant!"

"It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The location was great, and it was quiet and peaceful, even when the rest of the city was having a good time. My room was called Indulgence, and I was lucky to have a view, with large windows, of the sea and the small park outside. This proved to be extra useful as I wasn't feeling well one of the days and spent it fully in the room. Within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Appreciated having a small mini fridge, a tea kettle,...

"Second time staying at Charm and has always been celebrating my husband’s birthday. This year, we got upgraded by the staff for some reason. Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Spa treatment was nice, had an hour massage to relax us. I just like staying at Charm 👍👍"

"Each room has different decor. We chose the Moroccan room which although lovely was a bit dark for me. The staff and the breakfast was really lovely and we would definitely stay again but would choose another room 😊"

"This hotel promised much but fell short in a number of different areas, namely around the room and en-suite. For a 4 star hotel the room was worn around the edges for example the plug socket for the kettle didn't work and the strings for the blinds were broken and then knotted. In addition, the main blind in the bedroom had masking tape on it. A 4 star hotel should have better quality fittings. However on the positive side, the bed was big and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. Although...
